By becoming a subscriber, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your account can be canceled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of Use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited in its sole discretion. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you. Please do not share login information with anyone.

All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. You represent and warrant that if you are paying for any services from Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company and bank, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, and applicable taxes.

Our website and service may only be used within the scope of what is provided for, under these terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our website and service does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to protect our interests by denying you access to our website or service, terminating contracts, and reporting any misconduct to the appropriate authorities if you are involved in or suspected of the following:

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued to the client. However, clients may transfer their remaining session slots to another individual within 7 calendar days from the date of the initial payment. To do so, the client must notify us in writing by sending an email to hello@ghealead.com cc: support@ghealead.com including the full name and contact details of the person taking their place. Please note that acceptance of the new client is subject to our assessment and depends on our ability to take on their case. The individual must meet the criteria we consider appropriate for the service. Once approved, the new participant must book their session within 3 working days of receiving our confirmation. After the 7 calendar days transfer window, no transfers will be permitted.

In order to update the Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited's subscribed users, if a Subscriber does not access his or her account for 1 year or more, Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited may, in its sole discretion, terminate such account. We will endeavor to notify such subscribers of the intent to terminate such an account by notice to the provided email address at least 30 days before deactivation. If the subscriber fails to respond to such email notice within 30 days after the day it is sent by Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited such account will be terminated as noted above.

Therefore we strongly recommend that all Subscribers keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, we have no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to us to have been abandoned.

Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited reserves the right to contact a Subscriber via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Subscriber's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Subscriber with the information he or she requested from Ghealead Trauma Recovery Limited.

Please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product or service description, pricing, promotion, and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any service or order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not undertake to update, modify, or clarify information on our website, except as required by law.

Any headings and titles herein are for convenience only.

If any of the provisions of the Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us is effective unless it is communicated to you in writing. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the use of our website, or our products or services offered on our website will be resolved, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws currently in force of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We shall make an effort to settle all disputes amicably. Any dispute arising out of this Terms of Use, which cannot be settled, by mutual agreement/negotiation within 1 (one) month shall be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse ("LMDC") and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A10, Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitrator shall be appointed by both of us (we and you), where both of us are unable to agree on the choice of an arbitrator, the choice of arbitration shall be referred to the LMDC. The findings of the arbitrator and subsequent award shall be binding on both of us. Each of us shall bear our respective costs in connection with the Arbitration. The venue for the arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria.
